Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products/services, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to potential clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Handle payment collections from customers promptly and accurately.

Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer information, and feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and performance results.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
