Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products/services, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

  • Handle payment collections from customers promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer information, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and performance results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.

  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
